This policy applies to purchases made through maxexit.ca for MaxExit programs operated by Lexbury Investments. By enrolling, you agree to the terms below.
Free Assessment
The MaxExit Assessment is free of charge. There is nothing to refund.
Self-Paced Program — $2,997 CAD (one-time)
30-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have completed fewer than 3 of the 17 program blocks.
After 30 Days or 3+ Blocks
All sales are final once you have either passed the 30-day mark or accessed 3 or more program blocks (whichever occurs first). The program contains substantial proprietary content delivered via streaming video and downloadable workbooks; access cannot be reasonably revoked once material has been consumed.
Self-Paced + Investor Sessions — $997–$1,175 CAD/month
Cancel Any Time
Self-Paced + Investor Sessions is structured as 15 monthly payments. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal or by emailing support@maxexit.ca. On cancellation:
- All future scheduled payments stop immediately.
- You retain access to your monthly 1:1 session through the end of your current billed month.
- You retain permanent access to all Self-Paced library content (recordings, workbooks, assessment) released up to your cancellation date.
No Refunds for Past Months
Monthly payments already collected are not refundable. The 15-month program length reflects the structure of the curriculum and the engagement experience, not a contractual obligation. You are free to leave at any time without penalty beyond losing access to future 1:1 sessions.
First-Month Money-Back Guarantee
If after your first 1:1 session with Mike you decide MaxExit isn't the right fit, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that first month. This guarantee applies one time per customer.
Partner Program
Partner Program engagements are negotiated individually. Refund and cancellation terms are specified in the engagement letter signed at the start of your partnership. Contact support@maxexit.ca with any questions about an existing engagement.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, our payment processor (Stripe) will attempt to retry the charge over a 14-day window. We'll notify you by email at the first failure. If payment cannot be collected within 14 days, your access will be paused until the balance is settled. Outstanding balances are not eligible for refund.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact support@maxexit.ca. We can almost always resolve concerns directly and faster than the chargeback process. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in immediate program access suspension and may affect your eligibility for future MaxExit programs.
